DELIVERY

Our products are delivered to you as soon as possible as of reception of your payment (refer to method of payment) Times: With regard to the deadlines, we endeavor to satisfy, as much as possible, the desires of our customers, however we cannot guarantee the delivery periods; those are mentioned only as an indication. So the cancellation of the contract, the injunction or the claim of damages for non-observance of the delivery periods are excluded. We deliver the products within the following times to you.

2 - 3 days (Switzerland),
5 - 7 days (Europe and the USA),
5 - 10 days (Africa)

If the customer is late of payment for an order, we reserve ourselves the right to carry out the deliveries only against preliminary payment. Return: we don’t accept any return, because all our products are thoroughly checked before sending. We hold with good to be useful to you and to limit the transport costs and consequently occasion the damage relating to climate warming.
